I am a trauma-informed clinician. I integrate humor, compassion, and creativity to make therapy both approachable and transformative. I specialize in working with individuals, couples, and families, including those who identify as BIPOC and LGBTQ+, with a focus on trauma recovery, relational healing, and self-empowerment.

I specialize in working with adolescents and adults, including BIPOC and LGBTQ communities. I also work with couples facing relationship and sexual issues, and I'm trained as a trauma-informed therapist.
My approach
I enjoy setting a tone that is relaxed and stress-free to allow clients to have a positive therapeutic experience. I encourage each client to seek joy and healing by giving themselves grace. But I'm not afraid to challenge my clients in order to achieve their treatment goals, work through challenges, and achieve healing in a therapeutic setting.
