My focus
I specialize in working with young adults of all abilities experiencing symptoms of anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, ambiguous loss, and a variety of life transitions. I also specialized in helping first-generation college students navigate higher education, and specialize in working with current and former foster young adults.

I listen to your issues, and we identify your needs. I utilized the Systems Theory approach to understand your needs. I believe that everyone is interconnected with larger systems (i.e., family, community, society) and that each system shapes your life experience, strengths, and challenges.
