I specialize in working with individuals on issues including Anger Management, Anxiety, Codependency, Coping Skills, Depression, Family Conflict, Grief, Infidelity, Job Stress, Life Transitions, Parenting, Relationship Issues, School Issues, Self Esteem, Stress, and Marital/Pre-marital concerns.

I earned my Master of Science degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. My training and experience have given me a deep understanding of the importance of tailoring my approach to meet each client's unique needs.
