I enjoy working with young adults and transitional-aged groups. I have experience treating anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, and self-esteem issues.

My approach

My approach to therapy is client-centered. It is so important for me that my clients feel understood and validated. In addition, I also utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, which focuses on addressing negative thought distortions and identifying ways to reframe our negative thoughts.

My communication style

In my sessions with my clients, I ensure I provide them with a safe space for them to talk about their worries and concerns. You can expect our sessions to be light and full of laughter, as well as calm and filled with compassion when needed.

My journey to mental healthcare

Ever since I was a little girl, I had a passion for helping others. Once I entered college I quickly realized I wanted to become a therapist. During my college years, I did a lot of volunteering and was also very motivated to spread awareness of mental health. I obtained my master's degree from USC and did a lot of Telehealth work with them.

Our first session

During our first session, our focus will be to identify what current symptoms you've been experiencing and Identify ways you would want me to support you. In addition to that, we will also focus the majority of the session on getting to know each other and figuring out whether I am a good fit for you.
