Compassion plays a big role in my therapeutic approach all walks of life are unique and important and your story matters.

My communication style
In my sessions with my clients, I ensure I provide them with a safe space for them to talk about their worries and concerns. You can expect our sessions to be light and full of laughter, as well as calm and filled with compassion when needed. I understand that every client has different needs and I always ensure that the space I create in my sessions is individualized for each client.
My journey to mental healthcare
Ever since I was a little girl I had a passion for helping others. Once I entered college I quickly realized I wanted to become a therapist. During my college years, I did a lot of volunteering and was also very motivated to spread awareness of mental health. I obtained my master's degree from USC and did a lot of Telehealth work with them. I believe that Telehealth services are very successful as it allows you to share your story and process it in the comfort of your own home.
My goals for you
I meet my clients where they are at. I prioritize the needs of my clients and always have conversations with them focusing on their mental health priorities.
My first session with you
During our first session, our focus will be to identify what current symptoms you've been experiencing and Identify ways you would want for me to support you. In addition to that, we will also focus the majority of the session on getting to know each other and figuring out whether I am a good fit for you. I understand first sessions can at times be a little overwhelming, I want to ease those feelings by making you feel safe and supported the moment you log in!
