I take the long view of mental health wellness. Many factors promote a path to healing, of which medication is only one. It is important to take an integrated approach to one's life, including one's strengths and areas of improvement, resources, and limitations, to maximize healing.

I believe in collaborative care where we work together to identify what matters most to you. We'll explore your strengths, resources, and challenges to create a personalized path forward. Whether or not medication is part of your treatment, I'm committed to supporting your whole-person wellness.

Our first session

To ensure we have a productive first visit, please fill out your intake form in advance! During our first visit, we will complete a full mental health assessment and evaluation. There will be lots of questions, especially regarding your medical and mental health history.
