My communication style

I strive to create a safe space that is peaceful, warm, and open so that clients can let down their guard and truly reveal themselves and the struggles they are going through with compassionate understanding. I have the patience and clinical knowledge to help clients begin and maintain their journey of healing.

My journey to mental healthcare

My journey to becoming a therapist began with my own healing in therapy. After raising my children, I worked at an eating disorder clinic, supporting clients with trauma, mood, and personality disorders. Inspired by the relief therapy can bring, I set out to help others find the same understanding and growth.

My goals for you

Therapy goals are unique to each person. Early sessions focus on building trust and understanding your story. From there, we create a treatment plan with small, attainable goals to guide your healing and growth, clarifying what you want to achieve and how to get there together.

Our first session

In our first session, we’ll build trust and safety as we get to know each other. I’ll learn about your life and current struggles so we can begin shaping a plan together. It’s never too early to start working toward your best life—I look forward to helping you heal and thrive.
