I am a bilingual therapist dedicated to supporting individuals through life's transitions by creating a collaborative, grounded space for growth. With strong clinical foundation and a passion for culturally responsive care, I am currently welcoming new clients who are ready to explore their goals.

I work with adolescents and individuals navigating complex life experiences, providing a trauma- informed and culturally responsive space where you can feel truly seen and heard.

As a therapist, I provide a warm, safe, and entirely non-judgmental space where you can show up exactly as you are. I don't believe in one-size-fits-all solutions- instead I meet you where you're at to collaborate on a path forward that feels supportive to you. Together, we can navigate life's challenges at a pace that honors your unique journey.

My communication style is grounded in radical clarity, warmth, and clinical authenticity. I believe that meaningful growth happens when therapy feels less like a rigid clinical assessment, and more like a human connection. If I am asking you to be authentic in this space, I hold myself to that same standard.

My journey to mental healthcare

My journey began with many side quests. I knew I wanted to work within the therapeutic field. Through graduate school, internships, and jobs, I became familiar working with adolescents, within my community of Orange County, and individuals with complex backgrounds, traumas, and personalities.

Therapy is a partnership and a collaboration. Together we can explore preexisting goals, develop new goals, and continue working towards that through therapeutic interventions.

The first session is a great opportunity to get to know each other a bit. Together we can begin building towards the therapeutic relationship, and move at the pace you need.
