I maintain a clear and genuine relationship with my clients, valuing our therapist-client relationship with the utmost respect. I provide an open, non-judgmental space for you to share while helping you adapt positive coping techniques to improve your mood. My aim is to help you feel valued, validated, supported, worthy, and truly listened to.

My journey to mental healthcare

I completed a post-graduate fellowship in Palliative Care. I have worked in hospice and palliative care, providing direct care as well as supervising clinical teams. This experience drives my passion to help others navigate grief, loss, and life transitions.

My goals for you

My goal is to help you find a deeper understanding of your unique path - one we can walk together to achieve relief, instill hope, and cultivate a sense of calm in your life. Navigating life's challenges can feel scary and overwhelming to do alone. Fortunately, with my support, you don't have to.

Our first session

In our first session, we'll discuss what brings you to therapy and get to know one another. I'll ask about your background, current situation, challenges, and goals. We'll see if we are a good fit to work together. You can ask me any questions about my approach. Setting a foundation of trust and rapport is my priority.
