My journey into mental healthcare began with personal understanding of life's challenges. I've navigated anxiety and uncertainty, which taught me the value of having a compassionate guide. I've worked with diverse individuals and families. My goal is to create a space where you feel seen and heard, so you can discover your inner strength.

Our first session is about getting to know each other and exploring what brought you to therapy. I'll invite you to share what's on your mind. We'll touch on key life areas and discuss what you hope to achieve. By the end, you'll have a clear sense of how I work and whether you feel comfortable moving forward.
