I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). My approach is authentic, candid, and integrative, meaning we'll look at the whole picture, connecting your experiences, thoughts, feelings, and bodily (somatic) experiences. I work with adults healing from trauma, anxiety, and relationship patterns that feel hard to break.
My focus
I work mostly with adults navigating trauma, anxiety, ADHD, and relationship struggles. Many of my clients are high-functioning but feel disconnected or stuck in old patterns. I’m comfortable working with complex trauma and helping people make sense of the parts of themselves that feel at odds.
My approach
I take an integrative approach that blends evidence-based strategies like CBT with somatic (body-centered) and psychodynamic techniques. This helps us explore your past, your thoughts, and your feelings. Together, we will discover what works best for you and create space for meaningful change.
