My approach to therapy is warm, focused, and tailored to your needs. I will support you every step of the way as you develop the skills you need to live life in a way that feels right to you. My main areas of focus are depression, anxiety, mood disorders, and addiction.

My focus

I work with teens and adults struggling with trauma, addiction, mood disorders, anxiety, depression, and even more complicated personality disorders. I welcome clients from all walks of life, from those who are seeking short-term, symptom-focused therapy to those interested in doing more complex, long-term work.

My approach

In therapy, I will try to gain an understanding of your worldview and establish a strong connection between us. Based on your learning style and what you respond to, I will tailor my approach to help us move at a pace that is comfortable yet productive. I am experienced in cognitive behavioral, relational, and symptom-focused models.
