I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Orange County/Los Angeles, California, and working with clients statewide via telehealth. I approach therapy with clients in a collaborative way, utilizing science and spirituality to help guide clients to build tools, skills, and knowledge to manage life's challenges.
My focus
I work with young adults and adults who may be dealing with the challenges of life transitions, identity crises, grief and loss, social pressures, and healing from past traumas. This often takes the form of anxiety, depression, and stress.
My approach
In my work with my clients, I take on a humanistic and pragmatic approach to therapy. While I prioritize relationship building with clients and provide unconditional positive regard, I also help clients find the tools, skills, and knowledge to identify automatic thoughts.
