Hi there, I'm Kimberly!

If your child is having frequent meltdowns, not listening, or getting overwhelmed easily, it can leave you feeling exhausted and unsure what to do. I help children and teens build coping skills, improve behavior, and feel more confident and connected. I also work with young adults experiencing anxiety, stress, and feeling overwhelmed.

My focus

I support children and teens experiencing anxiety, emotional outbursts, behavior challenges, and life transitions. This can look like meltdowns, not listening, or difficulty managing feelings. I use Play Therapy and PCIT to strengthen relationships and build skills. I also support young adults navigating anxiety, stress, and life transitions.

My approach

I use evidence-based approaches in a practical, supportive way. With children and teens, I use play and conversation to help with big emotions, frustration, and shutting down. When helpful, I involve caregivers so progress carries into daily routines.
