My journey to mental healthcare

My journey to becoming a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) began with my passion for helping people improve their mental well-being. I started my career as a Registered Nurse, where I spent 6 years caring for individuals with mental health conditions. It has been most fulfilling working as as PMHNP for the past 5 years .

Our first session

During our first session, my goal is to create a welcoming and supportive environment where you feel comfortable sharing your concerns. We will spend time discussing your mental health history, medical history, medications and any relevant personal or life experiences. By the end of the session, we will have a personalized plan and clear next step.
