My focus

I focus on clients who have experienced trauma and find themselves in a position where they want to change and grow to break the cycle of trauma.

My approach

I utilize CBT, DBT, somatic practices, and EMDR in my practice. There is no one-size-fits-all for therapy; I will adjust to meet your needs. There will be laughter as well as tears.

Therapy requires vulnerability and honesty. I am open, honest, and direct in my communication. I believe in creating a space where you can share freely, and I'll offer feedback and observations that support your growth and help you move toward your goals.
