Hi there, I'm Monica!

If life, or your child's — feels heavier than it should right now, you don't need it all figured out before reaching out. My style is down-to-earth and real: I'll sit with the hard stuff alongside you and gently challenge you when it helps. No two people need the same thing, so I meet you where you are.

My focus

I've spent my career walking alongside children, teens, and young adults navigating anxiety, big emotions, family changes, identity, and experiences too heavy to carry alone. I also support parents wanting to connect with their young person. If this sounds like you or your child, it's the work I care about most.

My approach

I draw on CBT to shift unhelpful thought patterns, DBT to build skills for managing big emotions, and motivational interviewing to help you find your own path forward. We work as partners collaborating on goals within a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach that's tailored to you, never one-size-fits-all.
