I work with adolescents and adults who have trouble with anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, difficulty processing and/or coming to terms with the history of trauma, and individuals questioning the source of their self-doubt and/or self-criticism.

My approach

I use an eclectic approach of integrating evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Treatment, and Motivational Interviewing, because each individual's needs are unique, and life happens!

I pursued my degree in social work, and this education and training equipped me to work effectively with diverse populations.
