My journey to mental healthcare

I have always been interested in Human Behavior, reading many books on the subject. When my children were grown, I started looking for programs at schools. After so many years of experience, I am still amazed at how different we all are. I love seeing people grow and find their passion in life.

My goals for you

With my clients, I help identify what they want to achieve in therapy, how to set realistic goals, and teach coping skills such as Mindfulness Meditation and problem-solving skills. I encourage clients to take responsibility for their actions and track their progress.

Our first session

My first session with my client would be getting to know them, why they are seeking therapy, and gathering information on their background and goals. This session would also include discussing confidentiality, policies, and my approach.
