Hi there, I'm Karen!

I am a Latina, millennial, second-generation daughter of immigrants. I meet clients where they are in their healing journey, knowing each person requires a different approach. My method is strengths-based, trauma-informed talk therapy tailored to you.

My focus

I work with young adults, first-gen, second-gen, and BIPOC clients. I'm most comfortable with depression, bipolar, panic, anxiety, PTSD, work-life balance, work stress, marriage problems, parenting, identity crisis, and self-esteem.

My approach

My approach is strength-based and trauma-informed. I lean towards Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative, and Psychodynamic work. I meet all my clients where they are in their journey of self-healing.
