It is the processing through, the building of coping skills, and the understanding of self/situation that helps us respond to hardships in life. I am big on Self-Awareness, awareness leads to understanding, and understanding leads to our recovery.

I have been blessed to have a well-rounded educational experience, in-class/in-the-field/in-life. It allowed me to continue in the social work field and offer support on a therapeutic level.
