I firmly believe that you are the expert on your own experience, and my hope is to help you along your journey, providing insight, feedback, added perspective, and any other tools or skillsets that may be useful to you.

My journey to mental healthcare

Good therapy saved my life more than once in the past, and I became fascinated with that process of change. I'm deeply invested in the well-being of my fellow humans, and I hope, if nothing else, to leave this world at least a little bit better than I found it.

Goal setting is a collaboration and may be an ongoing conversation between us. I like to meet you where you are and engage in helping to set and maintain your priorities.

Our first session

A first session is a chance to get to know one another and determine if the fit feels right. The comfort level you have with your therapist is the most important part of the experience.
