My therapeutic services support a wide range of clients, from children and young adults to parents, families, couples, and elder adults. I strive to help my clients cultivate self-awareness, self-love, and a sense of peace and wholeness as they navigate the path toward healing.
My focus
I work with clients across the lifespan, including individuals, couples, and minors aged 13-17. My areas of specialty include adolescent/teen issues, anxiety, career counseling, chronic pain, cultural stress, depression, family conflict, grief, job stress, life transitions, and stress management.
My approach
My approach to therapy is grounded in humanistic principles. I draw upon various modalities, including mindfulness, attachment theory, family systems, EMDR, art therapy, play therapy, solution-focused, emotion-focused, and cognitive behavioral models. I tailor my approach to best suit the unique needs of each individual client.
