Hi there, I'm Gracie!

I work with adults wanting to learn more about themselves and the patterns they are living in. I thrive helping people navigate life transitions and overwhelm with curiosity and compassion.

My focus

I specialize in working with young adults navigating life transitions and overwhelm. I have experience with anxiety, ADHD, grief, guilt, low self-esteem, and childhood attachment wounds. I enjoy working with the perinatal population, supporting people through infertility, loss, pregnancy, postpartum, and parenting.

My approach

I ground my work in a person-centered lens, meaning you are the expert in your life. I use CBT to help you recognize maladaptive thought patterns and ACT to identify values and goals. I also use ART with bilateral stimulation to process stuck emotions and trauma, which can go deeper than talk therapy alone.
