My goal is to aid clients in discovering their strengths and values, increase positive coping skills, build support systems, and develop healthy lifestyles to set the foundation for life success. My approach
I have always been drawn to listening and helping others persevere and heal. I want to partner with my clients in their healing and to help them understand how powerful their mind, body, and spirit are together. I use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, DBT, Solution-focused therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, as well as Mindfulness/Meditation.
My focus
I have the mindset that therapy is not a “one size fits all” experience. I live my life with the motto of "Meditation, Mindfulness, and Movement make life Meaningful." I draw from several different evidence-based approaches to effectively address emotional and behavioral issues for clients from diverse backgrounds. I am passionate about clinical work and specialize in education and treatments for coping with stress, family dysfunction, trauma, sexual abuse, grief, relationships, anger issues, anxiety, depression, and PTSD. I also have an extensive history of helping support Military and LGBTQIA+ communities.

I pride myself on having a warm and empathetic tone, but I am firm and assertive. I use humor and will hold you accountable to your goals and commitments.
My journey to mental healthcare
After serving in the military as a Russian linguist, I decided to pursue my passion for talking and psychology to embark on my goal to be a psychotherapist. I have been practicing for over 6 years.
