Hi there, I'm Karen!

Congratulations on taking the first step towards healing. Whether you're facing fears, loss, overwhelming emotions, racing thoughts, sleep issues, medical concerns, low self-esteem, or life transitions, I'm here to help you walk through it and grow. I work very well with Depression, Anxiety, ADHD, Bipolar Disorder, and trauma.

My focus

My ideal client wants to actively manage their challenges rather than let symptoms control them. I work with people facing ADHD, Bipolar Disorder, trauma, and mood concerns. I enjoy working with children who have ADHD and Disruptive Mood Dysregulation Disorder using Collaborative Problem Solving.

My approach

I meet you where you are and use evidence-based treatments. For Bipolar Disorder, I use Dialectical Behavioral Therapy with mindfulness, emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness. For Depression, Anxiety, and ADHD, I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and organizational strategies.
