I became a therapist to help clients overcome a challenge of set back. I help clients navigate anxiety, self-doubt, and life changes with compassion, we'll talk through what happened without judgement which could help you keep going. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, confident, and connected to yourself and the life you want to create.

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you identify and reshape unhelpful thoughts. My approach is practical and collaborative, giving you tools to feel more in control. I may also incorporate mindfulness or other techniques to support your unique goals and progress.
