I have an extensive background working with trauma for folks with many intersectional identities. I work with adolescents and adults.

I am interested in working with clients in shadow work, motivational interviewing, narrative therapy, and motivational enhancement therapy.

My journey to mental healthcare

I am driven to do this work through a recognition of the difficulties people experience in complicated systems. I recognize the impact of coloniality, racism, and systemic oppression, and how they impact individual lives.
