My focus
I work with clients experiencing post-traumatic stress, depression, anxiety, trauma, loss, and grieving. I also support those bullied in relationships, at home, school, or work. I enjoy working with couples and individuals navigating divorce, as well as those struggling with motivation, avoidance, or moving forward with goals.
My approach
The most common theoretical counseling approaches I use to support my clients are psychodynamic counseling, solution-focused therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and other modalities as needed.
