Hi there, I'm Margot!

The most effective steps towards positive change are being honest with yourself first! Then, if you can share that honesty with me, I can meet you where you are, and we will begin the journey together.

My focus

Every client is unique and special. My practice is tailored to military veterans, first responders and professionals navigating demanding environments. My ideal client is someone like you: ready to talk, express your feelings, and practice true honesty with yourself and with me. I want to help you.

My approach

Brainspotting bypasses the thinking (conscious) brain to access the deeper areas where trauma is stored. You still remember the trauma, but the emotion is transformed in how it impacts your body. As a short-term therapist, I like brainspotting because the results can be measured by how you feel, which affects how others feel around you!
