My name is Hannah Gleim and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). I work with children, adolescents, and adults. My work focuses on helping individuals who are experiencing a variety of symptoms, such as anxiety, depression, loneliness, and stress.
My approach
My approach to therapy differs for each person and is tailored to fit your individual needs. I use a variety of treatment approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and Strength Based Therapy. These modalities are where I draw my tools and techniques from so that I can help you meet your unique goals.
My focus
I work with people who are navigating challenges and stressors that are impacting their overall well-being and quality of life. The areas that I most often work with are: stress management, life changes, relationship issues, trauma, women's mental health, parenting/caregiving, and perinatal mental health.
My communication style
My hope is that you feel safe, understood, and empowered as we work together. My communication style is calm, curious, non-judgmental, and direct.
My first session with you
What you can expect from our first session together is for us to spend most of our time talking about what motivated you to come to therapy, collaborating together on your goals, and establishing a therapeutic connection.
