My journey to mental healthcare

My path into mental healthcare grew from curiosity about how people find strength through life’s hardest moments. In my work, I’ve seen the power of feeling supported and truly listened to. Supporting clients as they develop insight, strengthen resilience, and create a more fulfilling life is an honor and a guiding principle of my practice.

We’ll work as a team to identify goals that feel important, achievable, and aligned with the changes you want in your life. Because healing isn’t linear, we’ll adjust those goals as your needs shift. Throughout the process, I’ll offer encouragement, helpful tools, and gentle guidance to keep you motivated and aware of your progress.

Our first session is a chance to explore your story and your goals. We’ll spend time understanding what’s been challenging, what’s most important to you, and how we can collaborate to support your healing. You’re in control of what you share—this is your space. We’ll build trust and direction together at a pace that honors your comfort and needs.
