I create a safe, warm, inviting environment with unconditional positive regard. I can be fun, playful, and lighthearted, using humor when appropriate. I'm also extremely compassionate, empathetic, and sensitive to pain, struggles, and trauma. I want you to feel seen, heard, and at ease.

My journey to mental healthcare

I have a deep passion for healing work and understand the vulnerability required in therapy. I admire those who initiate the process and consider it an absolute honor to share in that therapeutic space with them.

My goals for you

I love goal-setting and partnering with you to create and accomplish what you desire. I meet you where you are, using brainstorming and creativity to navigate motivational factors, timelines, and appropriateness. I believe goals should be specific, measurable, flexible, and just a little out of reach. I'm your biggest cheerleader.

Our first session

Expect a brief introduction, review of business information and confidentiality, then we'll spend most of the session understanding your needs, goals, and desired therapy outcomes.
