My name is Steven Kresha, and over the past twenty years, it has been an honor to work in the mental health field, walking alongside clients on the healing path. In every stage of life, we encounter circumstances that have the potential to diminish our mental and emotional well-being. The good news is that you already have the resources available to you to grow, heal, and respond well to whatever life may bring your way.
My approach
My role is to help you access those resources simply and to provide you with some new tools if needed. In my practice, I've found the following modalities to assist clients with restoring mental and emotional balance while increasing their joy: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, and Mindfulness Therapy Techniques.
My focus
I have been clinically working for the past 7 years as a therapist, and I have worked with clients from various backgrounds and ages, from 12 years old to 65 years old. My focus is on helping people who are struggling with symptoms of Anxiety, Depression, Grief, Trauma Adjustment in different areas of life, and Substance Abuse Co-occurring Disorders.
My communication style
I look forward to walking the healing path together.
My goals for you
The goal of our time together is not simply to address challenges you may be experiencing mentally and emotionally but to seek to increase the overall joy that is available to you in living your daily life.
