It has been an honor to work in the mental health field, walking alongside clients on the healing path. In every stage of life, we encounter circumstances that can diminish our mental and emotional well-being. The good news is that you already have the resources to grow, heal, and respond well to whatever life brings.
My focus
I have worked with clients from various backgrounds and ages. My focus is on helping people who are struggling with symptoms of Anxiety, Depression, Grief, Adjustment in different areas of life, and Substance Abuse Co-occurring Disorders.
My approach
My role is to help you access those resources and provide new tools if needed. In my practice, I've found the following modalities assist clients with restoring mental and emotional balance while increasing joy: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, and Mindfulness Therapy Techniques.
