I create a highly supportive and trusting environment that fosters a safe place for clients to work on their most feared feelings and thoughts. I embrace the whole client as a complete human, and this leads to clients embracing their genuine selves with a sense of peace.

My journey to mental healthcare

I became a therapist to support others along their healing journey after being supported by an amazing therapist along my healing journey. I have made a lifetime commitment to supporting the healing and helping clients be their authentic selves. Seeing what transformations positive therapeutic relationships create keeps me doing the work I love.

My goals for you

Clients direct treatment; it is their life and future. It is their story to tell and their story to write. My goal is to support their goals while providing clinical observations and reflections to help create achievable goals that are in line with the client's authentic self.

Our first session

First sessions include allowing the client to bring their needs and wants to the table first. A full exploration of their view of their reasons for being in treatment and their goals while working together. A full assessment that includes relevant history and the impact of their struggles on their daily lives.
