I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with an emphasis in Private Practice. My approach to therapy is to always tailor methods and modalities to the individual and their unique needs, circumstances, and goals. My focus is on Anxiety, Stress, Depression, residual effects of Trauma, and Life Transitions.

My clients are adults looking for a safe, supportive environment to learn to manage Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, Addictions, and sometimes a mix of those issues. I successfully treat Life Transitions such as relationship or job loss, grief, and all manner of life changes which can seem overwhelming or unmanageable.
My approach
Drawing upon my extensive education and experience, I have successfully treated hundreds of people. I utilize Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, CBT, Solution-Focused, Eastern-Based, and Narrative Therapies. Eastern-based Therapies include yogic breathwork, meditation, and others when appropriate.
