I have been practicing for the last 14 years and have worked in a variety of settings, including outpatient mental health clinics, inpatient psychiatric units, residential treatment facilities, full-service partnership programs, and school settings. I help my clients identify barriers to change and help find solutions to help propel them forward.
My focus
The clients that I typically treat are dealing with life circumstances such as life adjustments, stressors, and mood dysregulation. I deal with those struggling through phases including work/home/life stress, parenting stressors, depression, anxiety, grief & loss, as well as other areas.
