I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) providing trauma-informed, attachment-based therapy. I integrate CBT, DBT, and evidence-based interventions to help clients build emotional regulation, insight, and meaningful change. My work focuses on trauma, ADHD, relationships, and life transitions.

I work with adults and teens navigating trauma, anxiety, ADHD, depression, and relationship stress, as well as a strong focus on men’s issues.
