Hi there, I'm Macy!

I’m an LMHC working with teens, young adults, and families navigating anxiety, life transitions, and relationship stress. Therapy doesn’t have to feel intimidating or overly clinical. I offer a calm, supportive space to slow down, gain clarity, and feel more grounded.

My focus

I work with adolescents and young adults (ages 13–30) struggling with anxiety, low mood, self-esteem, relationship stress, and identity questions. Many feel exhausted from trying to keep it together or meet expectations. Together, we build insight, emotional resilience, and healthier ways of coping.

My approach

I meet clients where they are, without pressure to have the “right” words or clear goals. I use curiosity, empathy, and interventions to help teens and young adults explore emotions, patterns, and relationships in a way that feels manageable and real. When parents are involved, I support healthier communication without blame or judgment.
