I employ evidence-based interventions tailored to your needs. CBT helps reframe unhelpful thought patterns and core beliefs. DBT offers tools for navigating emotions and regulating the nervous system. I integrate Somatic therapy, focusing on the mind-body connection to release tension and trauma. EMDR helps reprocess memories from adverse events.
