I use an integrative approach, pulling from multiple evidence-based therapies to help individuals and couples deal with a broad range of challenges.

My focus

I work with adults ages 18 and over and specialize in a broad range of challenges, including depression, anxiety, eating disorders, trauma, addiction, OCD, grief, adoption, and relationship concerns. I also have experience working with individuals in the LGBTQIA+ community.

My approach

I tailor treatment to the client's specific and unique needs, working toward goals set by the client. Modalities utilized include DBT, CBT, ERP, humanistic, psychodynamic, strength-based, trauma-informed, and narrative.

I provide a non-judgmental safe space where clients can feel seen, heard, and supported. My communication style is warm, caring, and personable.

My journey to mental healthcare

I decided at a young age that I wanted a career helping others. I have had experience working with college students, adults, those in the LGBTQIA+ community, the elderly, couples, and families. I truly am very passionate about the work that I do and find it to be so rewarding!

My goals for you

Goal setting is an integral part of the therapeutic process. I work collaboratively with clients to help them identify what they want to accomplish in therapy, and we'll check in from time to time to track the progress together.

Our first session

During the first session, I explore the client's needs while working on building a therapeutic relationship. Building trust is definitely a priority, as is answering questions and making sure that the client feels heard.
