My communication style

I show up to every session the same way, I hope you will-openly and honestly. My style is warm and direct, and I will always make space for you to tell me where you stand. If something isn't working, we can talk about it. Therapy is a conversation, and I believe the ones that happen when both people feel safe enough to be real.

My journey to mental healthcare

I've always been someone who listens naturally, who makes room for others without judgment, and who finds meaning in being of service. What drives me isn't just the work, it's the people. Every story I get to be a part of reminds me why I chose this path, and I don't take lightly the trust it takes to let someone in.

My goals for you

I use a collaborative approach. I listen to what is most important to the client in that moment in their lives and help them create achievable goals.

Our first session

The first session is simply about getting to know each other and reviewing what you can expect in therapy. We will also explore what brought you in, what's feeling hard, and what you're hoping for. By the end, my goal is for you to leave feeling heard, a little lighter, and with a clearer sense of what our work together might look like.
