I create a safe and comfortable environment for my clients. I hope that my clients are satisfied with the services I provide, look forward to their sessions, and feel motivated to continue striving toward their goals.

My journey to mental healthcare

It began when I worked with children and fostered youth at an after-school program. I saw how many children needed help and the systematic barriers they faced. Throughout college, I worked with diverse populations and learned the importance of mental health services. Helping others is truly the most rewarding work there is.

My goals for you

I enjoy making SMART goals with clients—goals that are obtainable, measurable, and within the client's time frame. Utilizing the client-centered approach, the client is actively involved in their treatment planning and goal setting.

Our first session

During the first session, an assessment will be conducted to determine your needs and goals. It is an opportunity to become introduced to each other, understand the therapeutic process, and set expectations for treatment.
