I believe a trusting relationship is at the heart of effective therapy. My focus at the beginning of therapy is to create a safe, non-judgmental space with you so that our therapeutic relationship can grow.
My focus
I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, anger, and relationship struggles. I provide therapy for men and women dealing with sex and pornography addiction. I also support clients with substance use concerns, domestic violence prevention, and personality disorders.
My approach
I use active listening, compassion, and empathy in therapy. I create a non-judgmental, safe environment for you to share your hurts and concerns. I tailor therapeutic approaches to your needs, including CBT, DBT, Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, Person-Centered, Solution-Focused, Strength-Based, and Brief Strategic Therapy.
