I create a gentle, calm, accepting environment where you can share openly. I use reflective listening and help you develop communication skills that strengthen your relationships both in and outside of our sessions.

My journey to mental healthcare

I've always been someone others turned to for support. After majoring in psychology and raising three children, I returned to graduate school to deepen my skills. I bring empathy balanced with healthy boundaries to create caring, effective therapy.

My goals for you

We'll set intentions in our first meeting and establish long-term goals together. Throughout our work, we'll regularly check in on your progress and adjust our approach as needed to ensure you're moving toward what matters most to you.

Our first session

I'll offer a warm welcome and take time to learn about your life, relationships, attachment style, and experiences. We'll explore what you need to live your best life and begin building a plan that feels right for you.
