Hi there, I'm Loren!
I have an MSW, LCSW, CEAP, licensed since 2001. I am a mental health therapist with extensive experience in a health care and private practice setting, working with individuals and couples. I am a mother of three and love hiking, traveling, and working out in my spare time.
My focus
I have worked with children, adults, couples, and families. I have also been employed in a healthcare setting since 2008 and have experience working with those dealing with chronic medical issues, including cancer. I also have experience working with family members who are caring for a loved one enduring medical or mental health issues.
My approach
I use a strengths-based, motivational, and CBT approach. I like to learn about your history of relationships, past issues, and coping strategies as we focus on goals and planning for our time together. I tend to be logical and use outcome measures to ensure progress is occurring.
