Hi there, I'm Natasha!

I believe we all desire to live well. When circumstances threaten that, we must stop, refocus, and begin again. I support individuals, children, and families through life-changing events like marriage, birth, divorce, job changes, and death. I help with depression, anxiety, grief and loss, behavioral issues, couples counseling, and family conflict.

My focus

I work with clients experiencing depression, anxiety, ADHD, life transitions, grief and loss, parenting difficulties, family conflict, relationship issues, and premarital or marriage concerns. I also have experience supporting first responders.

My approach

I tailor treatment to your unique needs using cognitive behavioral therapy, family systems, narrative, and solution-focused approaches. This flexible method allows me to meet you where you are and adapt as your needs evolve throughout our work together.
