My journey to mental healthcare

My journey into mental healthcare was shaped by my background in psychology, as well as my early experiences working with diverse populations in various educational and community settings. After earning my master's degree in social work, I began working with children, families, and individuals dealing with a wide array of challenges.

My goals for you

My primary goal for you is to empower you to take charge of your own healing and growth. Through therapy, I want to help you gain insight into your struggles, build healthier coping mechanisms, and reconnect with your strengths.

Our first session

In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know each other, exploring the reasons you’re seeking therapy, and discussing your goals. I’ll ask you to share your background, any challenges you're currently facing, and what you hope to achieve through therapy.
