Hi there, I'm Sharon!

I help children, adolescents, and adults who struggle with depression, anxiety, and overall life stressors. I work with each client on becoming the best version of themselves through personal growth and healing.

My focus

I love working with all ages. My clients are eager to heal but don't have the tools needed to make this goal a reality. They often feel stuck, overwhelmed, and anxious due to life stressors, relationship challenges, or self-esteem concerns.

My approach

I use different types of therapy that focus on the individual. Instead of focusing on what is wrong with a person, my approach is more focused on helping you overcome difficulties through personal growth and building on your strengths.
