I love working with adults, no matter what stage of life you're in. Whether it's your personal life, family life, or career, different developmental stages and changes may cause feelings of disequilibrium. I believe that with my passion and your motivation to change, we can create a new beginning.

I may combine these methods as we work together, viewing challenges through different lenses. My goal is to use a strength-based approach to help you harness your inner power to make difficult decisions and changes.
